Admission Policies
- Enrollment is offered on a first-come first-served basis determined by
- Date the application is received
- Availability of space in the appropriate class
- Registration requirements
- Old students
- Parents must update their child's Student Information Sheet
- Proceed to the Registrar's Office for enrollment
- Pay fees at the Cashier
- New students-Parents must fill out an information sheet and provide the following
- 1 copy of a current 1"x1" colored ID picture of the child
- 1 copy of the child's NSO/PSA birth certificate (photocopy acceptable)
- 1 copy of the child's medical record in case of allergies or other illnesses (photocopy acceptable)
- Psychologist or Pediatrician's report for students diagnosed with special needs. Students who do not submit this will not be able to receive any modification services
- Transferees-The child is considered temporarily enrolled until the following are submitted
- Form 137/SF 10 (permanent record)
- Form 138 (original signed report card)
- Old students
- Students are not officially enrolled until the required fees have been paid. A reservation fee is required to hold a place open for a student. The amount paid will be credited towards the rest of the student's fees if/when the student is enrolled. This fee is non-refundable but can be transferred to a new student
- Parents who have successfully enrolled their children will receive a Student's Handbook containing all of the school's policies and procedures
- Parents will be provided a Fetcher's ID form to fill out with
- Name and picture of people authorized to pick up your child
- Contact number of immediate family/guardians
