Students who do not submit this will not be able to receive any modification services<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Transferees-The child is considered temporarily enrolled until the following are submitted<ul><li>Form 137\/SF 10 (permanent record)<\/li><li>Form 138 (original signed report card)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Students are not officially enrolled until the required fees have been paid. A reservation fee is required to hold a place open for a student. The amount paid will be credited towards the rest of the student's fees if\/when the student is enrolled.
